To exchange or return an item simply fill out the Exchange Return Form included with your package and follow the instructions listed on the form. This form can also be found here. WE MUST RECEIVE THE RETURN PACKAGE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, AND WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. We're sorry, but shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend that you insure your package and use a carrier that allows you to track your package.

Please send your returns to Archetype Clothing, 265 College Street, New Haven, CT 06510. Once your shipment has been received, depending on what you have elected to do, your items will be exchanged as you desire or the credit card used for payment will be credited. Items sold as final sale or otherwise specified are not returnable.

Physical returns to Archetype in New Haven, CT are welcome for exchange or a store credit only provided they are accompanied by your Archetype receipt within 14 days of receipt of your order.
